The Little Red Schoolhouse on East Jefferson Street will host a conversation about the “Old Butler Graveyard,” a book by genealogist and retired Butler schoolteacher LuAnn Cherry, from 1 to 3 p.m. on July 12.

The book documents the true story of a graveyard that was cleared to become the former Butler Middle School. It will be available for $25 at the event and can be purchased through Cherry’s website, luann-cherry-llc.square.site.
