Day 3 of Saxonburg’s 94th annual Fireman’s Carnival showed off the heavy hitter of the event: the fireman’s parade.

Emergency vehicles, along with local business floats, took part in the celebration Thursday evening, June 26.

The route started on West Water Street near Roebling Park, before making a left at Zacherl’s Restaurant onto Butler Street, taking another left onto Main Street and ending at Saxonburg Memorial Church.

The fireman’s parade comes after the first two days of the annual carnival, which included the pet parade and the water battle.

The winners of Tuesday's pet parade; Alex Gigler, Kailee Furgiuele, and Garrett and Evelyn Bylinowski; marched Thursday as part of the annual Saxonburg Fireman's parade. Gricel Hernandez/Butler Eagle
