Two Slippery Rock softball players made All-Region 5 last week.
Junior catcher Lilly Campbell was selected to the first team, and junior second baseman Savannah Smith was named to the second team as voted on by the region’s coaches.
Campbell hit .292 with 10 runs, five RBIs and five stolen bases for the 5-12 Rockets. Smith hit .432 with 16 runs, 10 RBIs and three stolen bases.
