Golf getaway prize offered to people who donate blood July 1 at Butler library
The Community Blood Bank will have a blood drive Tuesday at the Butler Area Public Library as part of its “Tee Up & Give Blood“ giveaway, which encourages community members to donate blood throughout the month of July.
All donors who participate will be entered into a drawing to win a golf getaway prize package, including an overnight stay at Peek’n Peak Resort, 18 holes of golf for four guests, and a $100 gift certificate to Bistro 210.
The Community Blood Bank urges all eligible individuals to consider donating and help save lives. The blood drive takes place from noon until 4 p.m. Tuesday outside the library, 218 McKean St. in Butler, in the BloodMobile.
