St. Luke’s Lutheran Church is having a yard sale Friday and Saturday, June 27 and 28, in at the church to support its sewing ministry.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Centennial Hall, 110 State St., Saxonburg.

The facility is air-conditioned. The sewing ministry creates many handmade items ranging from prayer shawls to blankets for nursing homes, hospitals and individuals.
