Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
June 2 — Kersten Lynn Scott, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a May 21 incident. Police said Scott stole $406.03 in merchandise from Walmart.
June 2 — Ariel Abriel Murray, 18, of Koppel, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 4 crash. Police said Murray had a crack pipe.
June 2 — Gerald Jay Buck, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following an April 5 incident. Police said Buck stole $299.96 in merchandise from Tractor Supply.
June 2 — Elizabeth Ann Lischy, 38, of Propsect, was charged with six misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 13 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Lischy tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.247%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 2 — Steven Anthony Cline, 38, of Erie, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 24 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Cline showed signs of impairment and had suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe.
