Randy Riddle, the mayor of Grove City borough, became the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs president on Wednesday, June 4 at the association’s annual conference in Hershey.

Riddle has been active in the association since 2000 and has had a role in the association since 2004.

As president, Riddle said he hopes to work with the association to increase conference attendance by having informative sessions and training for all members.
