Karen and Ronald Murdick were married May 22, 1975. Submitted

Ronald and Karen Murdick, of Butler, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary May 22.

Ronald married the former Karen DiTullio on May 22, 1975, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Butler.

They have two children: the late Anthony Murdick, formerly of Butler, and Matthew Murdick, of Colorado. They have two grandchildren.

Ronald is retired from the Butler VA Fire Department. Karen is retired from the Social Security Administration in Boyers.

The Murdicks went on a weeklong trip to Tennessee, followed by a dinner with family and friends.
