Mars Area School District announced it is postponing its commencement due to inclement weather until 6 p.m. tomorrow evening, Friday. It was originally scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Mars Athletic Complex.

According to the district, it is continuing to monitor the weather for Friday, June 6. It will decide by noon on Friday whether it will be held outdoors at the Mars Athletic Complex or inside at the Mars Area High School auditorium.

“We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as the district is working to provide for a safe and enjoyable event for all members of our graduating Class of 2025 as well as their families and friends,” principal Lindsay Rosswog said on the district website.
