Police spoke with principal Joshua Hundertmark who said Edwards was banging on windows outside the school.
Edwards told police he was late to pick up a child at the school. According to police, he was 45 minutes late. Edwards then told police he had another child in his vehicle parked on the road. Police located the child in the vehicle without a seat belt.
