The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

May 26 — Raymond Peterman Jr., 28, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 26 incident. Police said Peterman violently shook a woman three times and caused a cut on her finger.

2:56 p.m. May 20 — Police responded to a fight on Hansen Avenue. Police charged a 14-year-old female juvenile with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. A 15-year-old male juvenile was charged with harassment.

May 22 — Heidi E. Klaus, 46, of Zelienople, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a May 6 crash. Police said Klaus had a blood alcohol level of 0.446%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
