Meet the North Catholic High graduates
North Catholic High School had its commencement ceremony at 6:30 p.m. May 23 at the North Catholic High School Cahouet Auditorium.
Julia Riley, daughter of Michael and Sandra Riley, of Saxonburg, earned the distinction of co-valedictorian for the North Catholic High School Class of 2025. Julia is a member of National Honor Society, Marianist LIFE, Student Ambassador and the crew team. Julia plans to attend the University of Notre Dame to study biochemistry and to compete in NCAA rowing.
Julia Schaarsmith, daughter of David and Amy Schaarsmith, of Pine Township, earned the distinction of co-valedictorian for the North Catholic High School Class of 2025. Julia is the President of the National Honor Society and the Environmental Club. She is also the Senior Class Representative for Student Council and a member of the crew team. Julia plans to attend the University of Notre Dame to study environmental science.
Natalia Rushak, daughter of Richard and Lauren Rushak, of Franklin Park, earned the distinction of salutatorian for the North Catholic High School Class of 2025. Natalia was the co-president of DECA and a member of the Trojanette Softball team. She also served as the secretary for National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and Active Minds. Natalia plans on attending Ohio State University to study pharmaceutical sciences.
The senior class officers are: Roman Sylvester, president; Alexandra Aiello, senior representative; Brodie Martin, senior representative; Julia Schaarsmith, senior representative; and Brady O’Hara, senior representative.
