James T. Raynovich, 65, of Forward Township, passed away Friday, May 30, 2025.

Born Oct. 26, 1959, in Tarentum, he was the son of the late Paul Raynovich and Joanne (Martino) Raynovich.

An avid outdoorsman, Jim enjoyed hunting. He was a caring family man who lived life to the fullest and never missed an opportunity to spend time with friends. His smile lit up a room and he was the life of the party everywhere he went. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 42 years, Diane (Dudra) Raynovich, whom he married July 17, 1982; his children, April (M.J.) Vitovsky, Katie (Mike) Nesbitt and Kevin Raynovich; his grandchildren, who affectionately called him “Pappy,” Wyatt, Tilly and Declyn; his sisters, Paula (Dave) Kennedy and LuAnne Camp; many nieces and nephews; the Old 68 Crew; and his furry companions, Shadow and Pickles.

RAYNOVICH — A gathering of friends and family of James T. Raynovich, who died Friday, May 30, 2025, will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the blessing service at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 7, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.

Jim will be laid to rest at Treesdale (West Union) Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Evans City Area Volunteer Fire Department, 124 N. Jackson St., Evans City, PA 16033.
