Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
May 22 — Chelsea E. Rowe, 34, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances following a May 22 crash. Police said Rowe tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.265%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
May 22 — Kassandra L. Walker, 39, of Butler, was charged with felony trespassing following a May 2 incident. Police said Walker was in an apartment without permission.
May 22 — Kevin S. Jackson, 38, of Oil City, was charged with felony trespassing following a May 2 incident. Police said Jackson was in an apartment without permission.
May 24 — Raymond N. Raine, 31, of Murrysville, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a May 24 incident. Police said Raine stole a phone worth $150.
May 25 — Dalton A. Blystone, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 25 incident. Police said Blystone shoved, dragged, threw and hit a woman in the head.
May 20 — Frank C. Ruckdeschel III, 54, of Boyers, was charged with misdemeanor statement under penalty following a Feb. 2 incident in Venango Township. Police said Ruckdeschel falsified an answer when attempting to purchase a firearm.
May 20 — Lacyr Chisholm, 18, of Emlenton, was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor simple assault following a May 17 incident in Allegheny Township. Police said Chisholm dislocated an officer’s right thumb during a fight.
