The VA Butler Healthcare System is hosting a Veteran Appreciation Day at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 31, at the Abie Abraham VA Health Care Center on North Duffy Road.

All local veterans, active service members, and their families are encouraged to attend, and a special welcome will be arranged for Vietnam veterans and their families.

Veterans and service members will be able to find information on Butler VA and other community programs and veteran benefits.

Veterans who are not enrolled in VA services are encouraged to bring their DD-214 forms and meet with a member of the Butler VA enrollment team, which will be on-site during the event.
