Colina Glenn

Colina H. Glenn, 80, of Butler, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 24, 2025, at her residence.

She was born Dec. 12, 1944, in Blawnox, and was the daughter of the late Edgar Hassler and S. Jessie (McLaren) Hassler.

Colina was a member of St. John's Reformed Church. She loved quilting, knitting, needlepoint, and teaching and creating ceramics.

Surviving are her husband of 61 years, Harry Chester Glenn; two sons, David Glenn of Atlanta, Ga., and Michael (Vicki) Glenn of Butler; two grandchildren, Connor and Alexis; a sister, Cheryle (William) Riding of Butler; a brother, Edgar Hassler Jr. of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

GLENN — Friends of Colina H. Glenn, who died Saturday, May 24, 2025, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Private interment will be held in Plain Grove North Cemetery, Volant.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Seneca Hills Bible School, 276 Damascus Road, Polk, PA 16342.
