TEIS Early Intervention of Pittsburgh, which specializes in early intervention and developmental therapy services for children from birth to 3 years old, has announced its transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

This structure allows its employees to gain ownership interest in the company through a trust that holds stock on their behalf.

The organization hopes this will enhance employee engagement, foster a stronger sense of ownership and support its growth by serving more children.

TEIS Early Intervention serves residents of Butler County as well as Allegheny, Beaver, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
