Vickie Dawn Baker, 70, of Evans City, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

Born May 1, 1955, in Butler, she was the daughter of Eleanor June (English) Frenchik and the late William Frenchik.

Vickie enjoyed many hobbies, in her free time, she loved to read, travel and cross stitch. She enjoyed family events and was always celebrating everyone. Vickie was a consoling presence for those that were in sorrow. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

In addition to her mother, Vickie leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 47 years, Thomas A. Baker; her daughter, Brooke Baker; her sisters, Judy O’Connor (Mark) and Sue Ann Clary (Scott); several nieces and nephews; three great-nieces and one great-nephew.

BAKER — Friends and family of Vickie Dawn Baker, who died Tuesday, May 13, 2025, will be received from 4 p.m. until the service at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

A celebration of life will be held at Glen Eden Barn at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Vickie’s honor to Evans City Public Library, 204 S. Jackson St., Evans City, PA 16033, www.evanscitylibrary.org.
