Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
May 16 — Damanmian J. Terry, 52, of Winston-Salem, N.C., was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following a May 15 crash. Police said Terry had a blood alcohol content of 0.168%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
May 13 — Dremond P. King, 26, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an April 18 incident. Police said King punched a man in the face twice.
April 30 — Richard L. Allen, 63, of Warren, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following an April 25 crash. Police said Allen had a blood alcohol content of 0.207%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
May 15 — Thomas A. Reed Jr., 38, of New Castle, was charged with one felony count each of criminal attempt and retail theft, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 28 incident in Harrisville. Police said Reed attempted to steal a vehicle, stole about $50 worth of merchandise and had a glass smoking pipe.
May 16 — Rylee D. Snyder, 27, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony forgery and one misdemeanor count each of theft, driving under the influence, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 15 incident in Karns City. Police said Snyder attempted to use a fake $100 bill and had 23 counterfeit $100 bills, suspected cocaine, a digital scale, three hypodermic needles and other paraphernalia.
