Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Cranberry Twp

May 14 — Violet Vigliotti, 18, of Wexford, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following an April 25 crash. Police said Vigliotti had a blood alcohol content of 0.126%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 14 — David R. Martin, 39, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing or eluding following a March 30 incident. Police said Martin attempted to flee a traffic stop.

May 14 — Louis P. Valenti, 66, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 13 incident. Police said Valenti punched a woman on her right cheek.

May 15 — Michael A. Schmitt, 40, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a May 6 incident. Police said Schmitt stole $887.85 in merchandise from Target.

May 15 — Norman Harvey, 64, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and counterfeit access device following an April 30 incident. Police said Harvey completed a fraudulent return to Walmart valued at $93.28.

State police, Butler

May 15 — Robert C. Pagonis, 56, of Evans City, was charged with six misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, three misdemeanor charges of open lewdness and misdemeanor loitering following a May 2 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Pagonis exposed himself to around five people.

May 15 — James R. Malesh, 45, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following an April 27 traffic stop in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Malesh had a blood alcohol content of 0.202% and 0.198% in two different readings. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 15 — Carly A. Maceil, 44, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a May 9 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Maceil had a blood alcohol content of 0.130% and 0.127% in two different readings. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
