Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
May 2 — John H. Chamberlain, 61, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following an April 9 traffic stop. Police said Chamberlain had a blood alcohol content of 0.117%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
May 2 — Lisa A. Wenzel, 54, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing following a May 2 incident. Police said Renfrew violated a protection from abuse order.
May 6 — Donna G. Cacurak, 82, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an April 26 incident. Police said Cacurak stole a purse.
May 6 — Timothy P. Farnan, 50, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following an April 29 incident. Police said Farnan was waving a board and a knife out a window threatening to kill his neighbor.
May 7 — Gerald J. Buck, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing following an April 30 incident. Police said Buck was in an area with posted “no trespassing” signs.
May 9 — Hannah M. Arensberg, 29, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following a May 9 incident. Police said Arensberg hit a man in the face causing a small laceration to the right side of the nose.
May 5 — Jason R. Hall, 50, of Pulaski, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following an April 13 crash. Police said Hall showed signs of impairment but refused field sobriety tests and a blood draw.
May 7 — Jaclyn M. Rohrman, 38, of Butler, was charged with a driving under the influence count following an April 27 traffic stop. Police said Rohrman showed signs of impairment but refused a chemical breath test.
May 9 — Stephen T. Call, 28, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and harassment following a May 9 incident in Connoquenessing borough. Police said Call threatened over text to kill a woman.
May 12 — William R. Trudgen, 27, of Worthington, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanor criminal mischief following a May 10 incident in Clearfield Township. Police said Trudgen smashed the windshield of a vehicle and stole the vehicle.
May 2 — John R. Bowser, 34, of Rimersburg, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 29 traffic stop in Buffalo Township. Police said Bowser tested positive for fentanyl.
May 6 — Jerod J. Hutchison, 31, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Dec. 1 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Hutchison had a white glassine stamp bag, an empty blue glassine stamp bag, an empty plastic baggie, a cut plastic straw and a metal straw.
