Members of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors have elected Charles Stowe, chairman of the Allegheny Township supervisors, to a second one-year term as second vice president.
Stowe was elected this week during the association’s 2025 Annual Educational Conference and Exhibit Show in Hershey.
The second vice president is a member of the group’s executive board with full voting rights. The board, made up of the association’s five officers, seven executive committee members and the immediate past president, is responsible for managing the affairs of the association.
In addition to his role as chairman of the township supervisors, Stowe also serves on Butler County’s Advisory Board and as director of the Butler County Conservation District. He also is a member of the Butler County Community Partners Board, Butler County Transportation Improvement Program, and the Pennsylvania Nutrient Management Advisory Board.
