Sean Richard Wray, 50, of Leechburg, passed away Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025.

Born July 11, 1974, in New Kensington, he was the son of Richard Claude Wray Jr. and Phyllis Marie Bordonaro Janoski.

Sean had worked as an assistant golf pro for Alcoma Golf Course. He enjoyed golfing and all sports, especially the Steelers.

Surviving are his mother, Phyllis Marie (Cy) Bordonaro Janoski of Saxonburg; his sister, Erin Marie Hanford; her son, Robby (Julianna Howell) Hanford; her granddaughter, Dakota, all of Natrona Heights; his son, Alec S. (Maddy Schaub) Wray of New Kensington; his stepbrother, Cy Janoski Jr.; his father, Richard Wray, Jr.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his stepsister, Lisa Marie Janoski.

May his guardian angel protect his soul.

WRAY — A memorial service for Sean Richard Wray, who died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, at Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church, 100 West Main St., Saxonburg, with the Rev. Douglas M. Dorsey officiating.

Interment will follow at 2 p.m. at Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
