Glade Run Lutheran Services is putting on an inaugural Summer Kick Off event May 17 at its Zelienople campus, 30 Glade Run Drive, Zelienople, where attendees can touch a truck.

The event features trucks, heavy machinery and emergency vehicles and runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A “quiet time” will take place from 11 to 11:30 a.m. during which there will be no horns, sirens or loud noises for a sensory-friendly experience.
