Concordia will host a free fishing derby for children 14 and under from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 17 at Saxony Farm Estate.

No fishing license is required for children under 16, but all participants must be accompanied by a chaperone.

In addition to prizes, free hot dogs and refreshments will be available. A limited number of fishing poles will be available to borrow, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own gear, along with lawn chairs or blankets.
