Flo Stakor, 95, of Butler, peacefully passed away Monday, April 14, 2025.

Flo had a rich and rewarding life.

She worked as a hair stylist for 44 years and developed many friendships through her work.

Flo loved working with girls from the Miss Butler County scholarship pageant and she appreciated the arts as a whole in Butler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve; her sisters, Connie Ferrick and Lucy Mudrick; and her brother, Philip Volpe.

Flo will be missed by her nieces and nephews, and many friends.

STAKOR — There will be no public services for Flo Stakor, who died Monday, April 14, 2025.

Private arrangements were entrusted to the care of MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 429 Center Ave., Butler.

Donations may be made in Flo Stakor’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or the Miss Butler County Scholarship Organization, P.O. Box 1799, Butler, PA 16003.
