The National Weather Service is predicting a few tenths of an inch of snow overnight Tuesday into Wednesday for Butler County.

A spokesperson said the rain will transition into snow around 8 or 9 p.m. Tuesday evening with temperatures between 31 and 33 degrees. The weather service anticipated some snow accumulation on raised and grassy areas, but little to none on roads.

Temperatures for the week will be lowest tomorrow with highs in the 40s before returning to mid-70s by the end of the week. The spokesperson said to expect rain Friday and Saturday.
