U.S. should be more supportive of Ukraine
What has happened to doing what is right? When we were young, we were taught to defend our smaller brothers or sisters from bullies. Most of us generalized this to intervening between bigger and smaller in an unfair situation. Reporting it to the authorities followed.
We as a country are now picking on a smaller nation which has been attacked by a larger one! Instead of helping, we are withdrawing our military support.
Shamefully, we are leaving this to European countries with fewer resources.
Civility was expected in our family. Heated arguments were ushered out with directions to cool it. This should also be true nationally. Yelling at the little guy during a televised news conference is not only rude, but it speaks volumes about the character of the big guy.
