Armco Credit Union’s Butler branch is set to reopen Tuesday, Jan. 21 following a crash earlier this month when a garbage truck barreled into the business.

After repairs and safety inspections, the branch has been deemed safe and credit union is ready to reopen its Hollywood Drive headquarters beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

“We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of concern and support from the community during this challenging time,” said CEO Randy Cypher. “Thanks to the tireless efforts of our staff and contractors, we are excited to welcome members back to the Butler branch.”

All bank services and functions will be available for customers, including drive‐through lanes, ATMs as well as the branch’s main office, according to commercial loan manager Mark Buchek.
