The family of Thomas Joseph Brletic are deeply grieved to announce his passing on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025.

Tom was the son of the late Mary (Megley) and Joseph Brletic. He was a graduate of East Pittsburgh High School and Robert Morris University, where he majored in accounting. He joined the Army Reserve at Fort Knox. Tom worked for the Blaw-Knox Power piping division, where he met his wife, Jean. They spent 61 happy years together.

Tom was much loved by his wife, Jean (Lisanti) Brletic; adored by his four children, Mary Jo (John) Weinel, Thomas Jr. (Lynda) Brletic, Julie (Anthony) Zanolla and Tiffany (Ed) Wageley; and nine grandchildren, A.J. (Sierra), Hunter, Harrison and Spencer Weinel, Melanie (Matt) Godfrey and Mathew Brletic, Anthony and Carter Zanolla, and Anna Wageley; and four great-grandchildren, Natalia and Beau Weinel and Ellie and Lucas Godfrey.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

BRLETIC — Friends and family of Thomas Joseph Brletic, who died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.

A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, at All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler. Friends and family please meet at church.
