The holiday season offers a chance to spend time with family, friends and coworkers in a festive setting, with parties and gatherings galore. But how do you make sure you look your best for every occasion?
Here are some tips to help you find your perfect holiday look.
Fashion trends for Holiday 2024 include sporting colors like red, gold and even winter white, but Eva Bryn Shoetique owner Kelly Carney warns some white is no longer in style this year.
“White boots were super popular the last few years, but not so much this year,” said Carney.

What is big this year? Sparkles, according to Carney.

“Sparkles are so in, and we have many fun pieces of clothing with sparkles,” said Carney, who promises both of their locations have something to “make you and others smile.”
Of course, Eva Bryn Shoetique has an expansive collection of the most popular shoes for putting your best foot forward at any holiday gathering.
“This year, loafers and Mary Janes have made a huge comeback,’ said Carney. “We have unique Mary Janes with flared heels, loafers with fun colors or metallics.”
The holidays can get expensive, so buying a wardrobe staple that works with multiple outfits is not only convenient, but also good for your wallet.

“Both [Mary Janes and loafers] are so versatile that they can be worn with denim for a more casual look, or they can be dressed up,” said Carney.
If you already have one piece that you love, start your look with that piece. Carney and her staff at both locations are well trained to work with what you have and build the perfect outfit for your needs.
“We love to help customers coordinate their look. We pair clothing with shoes, handbags, jewelry and wraps,” said Carney.
Carney reminds those looking for the perfect outfit to keep in mind that you don’t have to be “matchy-matchy.”
“Just because you are wearing a black dress doesn’t mean you need a black shoe. This is when we love to show customers a pop of color and fun to make their outfit stand out,” said Carney. “We have gorgeous heeled red boots this season, patent taupe booties, a gorgeous navy croc print bootie and so much more.”

If you aren’t sure where to start with your outfit, the staff at Eva Bryn Shoetique can get you started, and it doesn’t necessarily have to begin with shoes.
“Most of our sales are shoes, but we also have statement piece clothing,” said Carney. “I am a sucker for detail, and (we) definitely have that.”
Examples include dresses featuring bows, shirts with statement collars and zipper details.
But what if you are looking for something to keep you in style every day, not just for a party or get-together?
“Everyone needs a cute trendy tennis shoe in their wardrobe for a casual look. (And) don’t forget a walking boot or bootie and a heeled bootie for a dressier look. These types of shoes would have you set for a long weekend away and cover most of your wardrobe needs,” recommends Carney.
The key to rocking any style this holiday season is to be confident and love what you are wearing.
