On Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2024, Michael James Oesterling of Potomac, Md., passed away.

He was the beloved husband of Penny Kahn; devoted father of Elizabeth G.O. Owens and Michael C. (Laurie) Oesterling; loving grandfather of Quentin, Violet and Selina Owens; and dear brother of Dawn (Gary) Prebula and the late Matthew and Peter Oesterling.
