Norman Wolfe
Norman G. Wolfe, 94, of Butler, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, at Suncoast Hospice in Largo, Fla., after a brief illness.
Born May 7, 1930, in Butler, he was the son of John “Mordy” and Erma Wolfe of Butler. He attended Butler High School and received an associate degree in accounting while working for Armco Steel. He retired from Armco as foreman of the finishing and shipping department. He enjoyed running, golfing and football. Norman also enjoyed fishing and hunting. He will be remembered for his kind nature and desire to help others.
Norman is survived by his wife, Jane Wolfe, also of Butler. Also surviving are his daughter, Holly Avery of Largo, Fla.; and son, David (Robin) Wolfe of Twining, Mich.; and brother, Vern (Patty) Wolfe of Butler.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Wolfe.
