Nancy Jeanne Hamm, 77, of Zelienople, passed away on Friday, Aug. 16, 2024, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born Nov. 5, 1946, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Charles Ambrass and Lois (Doerfler) Ambrass.

Nancy was an avid quilter. Above all, she was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and godmother, who will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 57 years, William Hamm; her son, Michael Hamm; her brothers, Timothy and Charles Ambrass; her godchild, Brigid Pavilonis; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brian Hamm; and her sisters, Patricia Myers and Margaret Wilson.

HAMM — Friends of Nancy Jeanne Hamm, who died Friday, Aug. 16, 2024, will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at BOYLAN-GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.

A blessing service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212, or littlesistersofthepoorpittsburgh.org.
