Rosalie Snyder
Rosalie A. Snyder, 86, of Butler, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024, at her residence.
She was born March 10, 1938, in Butler, to the late John and Mary (Czap) Wetick.
Rosalie graduated from Butler High School in 1956. In her early years, she worked for Magnetics and Peoples Telephone Company. She was a very active member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Rosalie enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening and family gatherings. She took pride in her two white cats that lived to be 24 years old.
Rosalie is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Snyder, whom she married on May 23, 1959; her son, Brant M. Snyder of Butler; her brother, Robert Wetick of Milford, Ohio; her sister, Margaret Wetick of Butler; her sister-in-law, Donna Wetick; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, John Wetick Jr. and Peter Wetick.
SNYDER — Friends of Rosalie A. Snyder, who died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will take place at Butler County Memorial Park.
