The following people were sentenced Thursday, Aug. 8 by Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCune.
Khalid Johnson, 41, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to serve up to 23 months and 15 days in Butler County Prison after pleading guilty to felony and misdemeanor counts of retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following incidents on July 28, 2021, and June 7, 2022.
Dahnty D. Munroe, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was sentenced to serve up to 23 months and 15 days in Butler County Prison followed by 12 months of probation and pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to felony forgery and conspiracy to commit forgery charges filed by Cranberry Township police following a July 7, 2023, incident.
Isaac W. Phillips, 25, of Milford, Mich., was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,700 and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and driving with a suspended license charges filed by Cranberry Township police following a Dec. 30, incident.
Adam J. Lesseski, 40, of Valencia, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 195 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $2,500 and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to DUI of a controlled substance, his second DUI offense, and operating a vehicle with an ignition interlock filed by state police following a Feb. 24, 2023, incident in Clinton Township.
Aaran J. Brown-Stewart, 25, of Youngstown, Ohio, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in Butler County Prison, pay $1,025 in fines and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to DUI of a controlled substance and careless driving charges filed by state police following a Sept. 12, 2020, incident in Muddy Creek Township.
Samantha A. Best, 31, of Ford City, was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed by state police following a Nov. 24 incident in Summit Township.
Mark E. Hauserman, 29, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to police charges filed by county detectives following a Jan. 19, 2023, incident in Callery.
Eric T. Defelice, 28, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and complete 20 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed by Butler Township police following a Dec. 30 incident.
