The following people were sentenced Thursday in Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy McCune.
Brittany N. Everetts, 34, of Petrolia was sentenced to serve 12 to 24 months in the county prison, but will be paroled to inpatient treatment and serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to felony possession of contraband as an inmate filed by Butler City police following an April 2, 2023, incident, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by state police following an Oct. 9, 2021, incident in Petrolia. She was not prosecuted on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following a Dec. 8 incident in Bruin.
Maria N. Young, 29, of Butler was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a theft charge filed by state police following an April 4 incident in East Butler.
Maranda G. Frayer, 37, of Washington was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and complete 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver charge filed by state police following an April 29, 2021, incident in Butler.
Gregg P. Cravener Jr., 33, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 45 days of house arrest, pay a $750 fine and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by Slippery Rock police following a Dec. 12 incident.
Basil A. Luchkiw Jr., 32, of Cabot was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation and pay a $500 fine and $1,875 in restitution after pleading guilty to recklessly endangering another person and driving with a suspended license charges filed by state police following a Jan. 3, 2023, incident in Clearfield Township.
