Nancy was a 1968 graduate of Butler High School and worked for Magnetics in East Butler until her retirement in 2013. She loved the Lord, and was an active member of East Butler Presbyterian Church, where she served as a deacon. Nancy adored watching the Pittsburgh Penguins and enjoyed playing cards, dominoes and Scrabble. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family and her cat, Buddy.

She is survived by her two sons, William (Ruth) Ruediger Jr. of Fenelton and Eric (Mary Grace) Ruediger of Medina, Ohio; her daughter, Kelly (Chris) Sumansky of Renfrew; eight grandchildren, Jesse Ruediger, Bryan Ruediger, Rebecca Mitchell, Jeffrey Rinehart, Amber Rinehart, Gage Sumansky, Jacob Ruediger and David Ruediger; her brother, Edward (Lauri) Snow of Jennings, Fla.; and her special cousin, Kathy (David) Miller of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her husband and the love of her life, William A. Ruediger Sr., whom she married on Oct. 23, 1970, and who passed away on June 21, 2014. In addition to her husband and parents, her sister, Sally Vargo, also preceded her in death.

The family would like to extend a warm and heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Lowrie Place for their help and support over the past three years.
