Lois Ann (Nedimyer) Humes, 70, of Shaler Township, formerly of West Deer Township and Mars, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

She was born Oct. 4, 1953, to Thomas and Lois (Meier) Nedimyer.

She was a 1972 graduate of Shaler High School. She married her late husband, Paul Humes, on Oct. 27, 1972. Lois loved reading, watching the Pittsburgh Pirates, spending time with family and her beloved cat, Bobby.

She was the mother of William (Lauren) Humes and Timothy (Melissa) Humes; sister of Sue Huerbin, Tom (Lully) Nedimyer, Margie (Ken Wolf) Heck and Ed (Kim) Nedimyer; grandmother to five grandchildren; and had many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Humes.

HUMES — All services for Lois Ann (Nedimyer) Humes, who died Tuesday, June 18, 2024, were held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
