Kathleen Brown
Sarah Kathleen Reynolds Brown, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kenneth Brown Sr., with whom she shared 60 years of marriage, until his passing on Dec. 29, 2017.
Born to Harry and Eliza Belle Reynolds, Kathleen was a devoted member of Park United Presbyterian Church in Zelienople for more than 50 years. In addition to her church involvement, Kathleen had a passion for cooking traditional family recipes, sewing, knitting, crocheting and reading. She also enjoyed gardening and going on motorcycle rides with her husband.
Kathleen’s greatest accomplishment and joy was her large family. She is survived by her five children, Robyn Bunnell (Mike), Joyce Lefkowitz (Wayne), Robert Brown Jr. (Amanda), Hope Brown (Bill Atkins) and Ed Brown (Beckie). She also leaves behind nine grandchildren, Angelia, Devon, Heather, Jarred, Jordon, Kristen, Michael, Scott and Tyler; as well as 14 great-grandchildren, Avery, Bella, Easton, Gabby, Grayson, Jax, Kaylee, Logan, Maddie, Noah, Pierce, Preston, Sydnee and Wyatt; and one great-granddaughter on the way.
