Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

May 14 — Eliezer Rojas-Cortes, 61, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summary panhandling. Police said he urinated on a building and was asking passersby for money.

May 13 — Robin C. Kim, 52, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her May 6 on Center Avenue. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.083%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 13 — James D. Israel, 54, of Lyndora, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle April 27 on Pillow Street. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.255%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Butler Twp

May 13 — Austin L. Ehrman, 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he left the scene of a crash without leaving information.

May 13 — Francis T. Cochran, 59, of Hilliards, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle March 30 on New Castle Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.3%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 13 — Samuel J. Watson, 73, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with a small amount of marijuana and crack cocaine.

May 10 — Tanisha R. Johnson, 29, of Butler, was charged with felony theft. Police said she left Target with $260 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Cranberry Twp

May 22 — Ioan Braisteanu, 41, of Fresh Meadows, N.Y., was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said Braisteanu succeeded in obtaining $1,100 in currency from a bank teller through deceptive practices.

May 22 — Joseph B. Belan, 48, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Target with $413 in merchandise without paying for it.

May 22 — Shaquinda M. Kotay, 35, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors reckless endangerment and corruption of minors. Police said she transported teenagers to a park so they could assault a minor.

April 10 — Gregory P. Paulson, 55, of Baden, was charged with misdemeanors inhaling toxic substances and disorderly conduct and summary public drunkenness. Police said he was seen spraying a can of Endust in his mouth.

Middlesex Twp

May 2 — Nathan J. Gammell, 45, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle April 4 on Old Glade Mill Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed traces of cocaine and THC in his system.

Slippery Rock

May 13 — Alexa C. Tuttle, 24, of Prospect, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her April 28 on North Main Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.152%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 10 — Maria G. Serbanescu, 26, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her May 4 on Main Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.107%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 13 — Lindsay M. Anchondo, 41, of Petersburg, Ohio, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle April 14 on Route 8, Clay Township. Police said she showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.228%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 13 — Antoine R. Pollard, 34, of Titusville, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Police said he was found at a residence where he was not permitted to be.

May 13 — John R. Lorenz, 63, of Fenelton, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 19 on McLafferty Road, Clearfield Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.163%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 13 — Joseph M. Criley, 36, of Polk, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with suspected methamphetamine and a pipe.

May 13 — Michael E. Eiler, 48, of Eau Claire, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with a crack pipe.

May 10 — Grace A. Clendenning, 23, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on East Cunningham Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.2%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Zelienople Police

May 9 — Jessica Frank, 24, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her April 23 on North Main Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.
