Knoch to vote on final budget June 12
The Knoch School District board will vote on its 2024-25 final budget during a meeting on Wednesday, June 12.
According to business manager Jamie Van Lenten, no changes were made to the final proposed budget since the preliminary budget was passed in May.
The proposed budget includes a 2-mill increase that would add $362,000 in revenue amid a budget deficit, with expenditures totaling nearly $39.7 million.
If adopted, the tax increase would amount to a $33.74 annual increase for the average homeowner. The millage rate would increase from 94.275 to 96.275.
