The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, May 30, in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy McCune.
William J. Shaw III, 34, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 11 to 23 months in the county prison, but was paroled to serve 48 months of probation after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by Butler city police following a Dec. 21 incident.
Ginger R. Lindsay, 35, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 10 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine, and complete litter pick up and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a driving under the influence of drugs charge filed by state police following a Jan. 8 incident in Forward Township.
Jamie J. Melish, 44, of East Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $300 fine, and complete litter pick up and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following an April 30, 2022, incident in Summit Township.
Reshard D. Myles, 29, of Butler, was sentenced to serve three to 23 months in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by county detectives following a Nov. 5 incident in Butler.
April L. Hall, 42, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 30 months of probation including 9 months of house arrest after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by the Attorney General’s office following a May 6, 2021, incident in Butler.
Thomas J. Lang, 26, of Butler, was sentenced to serve nine months of probation and pay fines totaling $150 after pleading guilty to reckless endangerment and two summary traffic violations filed by state police following a July 29 incident in Center Township.
Jordan P. Walters, 25, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and pay a $300 fine after pleading guilty to defiant trespass and unauthorized use of a vehicle charges filed by state police following an Aug. 1 incident in Eau Claire.
Jacob C. Minton, 27, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 90 days of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine, and complete litter pick up and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by state police following a Dec. 8 incident in Summit Township.
Tammy N. Flynn, 50, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison, pay a $1,000 fine, and complete litter pick up and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by Butler Township police following an Oct. 22, 2022, incident.
Jodi L. Taylor, 41, of Saxonburg, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation and pay $50 in restitution after pleading guilty to a theft charge filed by Butler Township police following a March 20 incident, and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed by Butler city police following a July 6 incident.
Brandi L. Sobotka, 30, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine, and complete litter pick up and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to her second DUI offense filed by state police following a March 19, 2023, incident in Butler Township.
Garrett J. Polaski, 42, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to a possession of a controlled substance charge filed by Jackson Township police following a July 12 incident.
Robert E. Lockskin, 29, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 195 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,700, and complete litter pick up and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of a controlled substance, his second DUI offense, driving with a suspended license and false identification filed by state police following June 25, 2021, and July 24, 2021, incidents in Butler.
