Happy Heavenly Birthday

No more Rat Row or Ant Hill birthday parties where the train that went past the back yard even stopped for cake and ice cream at the one house and one kid tells ten that there is a birthday party at Davey and Wendy Bortmes’ house.

You didn’t even have to tell anyone. You would have a party of 26 kids.

I miss those days but the memory will remain as long as I live and those kids who went to a birthday party and a train showed up.

I’ll miss you until I see you again and we will speak of old times K.C. again.
