Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

April 21 — Victoria L. Elwood, 33, of Valencia, was charged with felony contraband, and misdemeanors tampering with evidence and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with a bundle of suspected heroin.

April 19 — Megan K. Tristani, 48, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanors tampering with evidence and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with suspected cocaine.

Butler City

April 17 — Brian M. Lee, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Police said he refused to leave the Monroe Hotel after being asked.

April 15 — Skyler F. Yandel, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle March 1 on Fairview Avenue. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.343%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Butler Twp

April 17 — Tanisha R. Johnson, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors theft and trespassing. Police said she received a fraudulent refund at Walmart.

Cranberry Twp

April 26 — Clint D. Goodenow, 30, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he took an envelope containing $1,000 that was not his.

April 22 — Ariana J. Calabrese, 29, of McKees Rocks, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Public Lands with $1,137 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

April 20 — Cullen E. Bickham, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Police said he caused a disturbance in a Sheetz parking lot.

Jackson Twp

April 17 — Adam C. Mills, 44, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanors reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and projecting an object into a vehicle. Police said he threw a beer bottle at a vehicle and broke the driver’s side window.

Middlesex Twp

April 22 — Shad J. Bailey, 46, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license after police stopped him April 17 on Pittsburgh Road.

April 22 — Holly L. Quinn, 55, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and harassment, and summary disorderly conduct. Police said she pushed and hit someone.

Slippery Rock University

April 20 — Carl F. Schmidt IV, 25, Slippery Rock, was charged with four counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found in possession of suspected marijuana, a grinder and a glass pipe.

April 15 — Aidan J. Nahas, 19, of Huntingtown, Md., was charged with misdemeanors false report and harassment. Police said he falsely reported people were using drugs.

State police, Butler

April 22 — Anthony R. Genaway, 30, of West Sunbury, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Upper Harmony Road, Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.22%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

April 22 — Michael L. Perry, 45, of Sterling Heights, Mich., was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he chased someone and pushed them to the ground.

April 19 — Natalie A. Beilstein, 33, of Butler, was charged with felony child endangerment and misdemeanors DUI after police stopped her March 1 on Bullcreek Road, Jefferson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.221%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

April 16 — Wayne L. Bartley, 57, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, evading arrest and drug possession after police stopped him April 15 on East Brady Street, Butler. Police said he fled the scene on foot and later field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. A small amount of marijuana was also found in his vehicle, police said.
