Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, May 9, by Common Pleas Judge Joseph E. Kubit.

Caleb S. Borland, 21, of Lyndora, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Butler Township police following an Aug. 11, 2023, incident.

Stephen K. Bowen, 44, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve no less than three months and no more than 23 months in prison and pay restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of felony theft of services filed by Butler City police following an April 22, 2023, incident.

Connie J. Brucker, 55, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve no less than three months and no more than 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled; five months of house arrest; 36 months of probation; and pay $14,979 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charges of theft and access device fraud filed by Middlesex Township police following a Sept. 13, 2022, incident.

Alysa Gore, 21, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor theft filed by Jackson Township police following a July 6, 2023, incident.

Tori L. Haybarger, 27, of New Castle, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $250 after pleading guilty to charges of misdemeanor drug possession filed by Middlesex Township police following a Sept. 15, 2021, case.

Scott J. Hodges, 39, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, pay $250 and perform 30 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor theft filed by Cranberry Township police following an Oct. 11, 2023, incident.

Elizabeth A. Ivory, 48, of Dunbar, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to charges of misdemeanors simple assault and resisting arrest filed by state police following a June 14, 2023, incident in Summit Township.

Justin S. Lewis, 44, of Butler, was sentenced to serve no less than 30 days and no more than 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled, after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor theft filed by Butler Township police following a Feb. 28, 2022, incident.

Nicholas Marchezak, 36, of Butler, was sentenced to serve no less than six months and no more than 26 and a half months in prison and 24 months of probation, but was immediately paroled, and to pay restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor theft filed by Butler City police following an Oct. 18, 2023, incident.

Jamie Sullivan, 51, of Beaver Falls, was sentenced to serve no less than six months and no more than 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled, after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor theft filed by Cranberry Township police following a June 3, 2022, incident.
