The TOPS Club of Cabot 1674 will meet from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. each Thursday at Concordia Visiting Nurses, 613 North Pike Road, Cabot.

TOPS is an acronym for Take Off Pounds Sensibly.

Weigh-in is from 4:30 to 5 p.m. and the meeting, which includes a program pertinent to health and weight loss, is from 5 to 5:45 p.m.

The first meeting is free. All are welcome to attend.
