Papst

Jeffrey D. Papst, 56, of Slippery Rock, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by loving his family.

Born Sept. 19, 1967, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Dennis Marvin Papst and Marlene Marie (Hudanick) Papst.

Jeff was a master of all things mechanical and could fix anything. He enjoyed nature and loved the outdoors, especially fishing and canoeing on Lake Arthur. He also enjoyed a healthy lifestyle and lifted weights. Jeff loved music and playing his guitar. Above all, he was a nurturing and kind man who loved taking care of his homestead, his family and his animals. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

Jeff leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 35 years, Amy Beth (Cole) Papst; his children, Jeffrey A. Papst and Daniel R. Papst (Samantha Llewellyn); his parents, Dennis and Marlene Papst; and his siblings, Michael Papst (Kimberly Culbertson) and Amy O’Shane (Graig).

PAPST — A gathering of family and friends of Jeffrey D. Papst, who died Monday, May 6, 2024, will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the blessing service at 1 p.m. Saturday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER OF CONNOQUENESSING TOWNSHIP, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.
