People interested in learning fun and nutritious entertaining ideas are invited to attend “Let’s Cook Charcuterie Boards” from noon to 1 p.m. May 14 at the Penn State Extension Butler County office, 101 Motor Pool Way, Butler.

Penn State Extension educators from the Food, Families and Health Unit will teach participants the basic components of a charcuterie board, offer tips and recipe ideas to create healthy charcuterie boards for entertaining, and give ideas for making boards a healthful addition to any gathering.

Participants will get to eat their creations.

Registration, which is required by Friday, is available at extension.psu.edu/lets-cook-charcuterie-boards, or by calling 724-287-4761.

The cost for the class is $30.
