The orchestras of Grove City College will give their final concert of the year at 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 3, at the Pew Fine Arts Center.

This concert is free and open to the public and will be livestreamed on the college’s website.

The orchestras will present a selection which includes Brahms’ “Academic Festival Overture,” Leroy Anderson’s “The Typewriter,” and John Williams’ “Flying Theme” from “E.T.”

This will mark the final college concert for the seniors in the orchestra, who will be honored during the show. Also honored will be the recipient of the Clifford and Joanne Cox Award for Musical Excellence.
